I pride myself on my professional service and which I combine with the latest technologies to deliver safe and effective results. As I work from home with limited hours for appointments I request that all clients adhere to the following:
Please – do not arrive early or late for your appointment. Arrive on time. I need the time in-between appointments to sanitise and disinfect my room and equipment in preparation for you and your safety.
If I am busy in treatments or with a client – there may be times when I am unable to answer the phone. Please leave me a voicemail with your name, contact number and which treatment you are interested in and I will call you back as soon as possible within my working hours. If no voicemail is left then there wont be a call back or alternatively please send me an email or text message with some details via the contact us page.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF GIFT VOUCHERS
The terms and conditions of gift vouchers is as follows; expiry is a strict 12 months which is stated clearly on vouchers (the expiry date will be entered on the voucher). Under no circumstances will vouchers be valid after this amount of time. The expiry date is non-extendable. Vouchers that have expired will not be accepted. Vouchers are also non-refundable. Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the client.
Where a gift voucher holder wishes to use the gift voucher towards treatments or products at a lower value than the face value of the voucher, no change will be given, however the remaining balance will remain on the gift voucher and may be used as full or part payment towards treatments or products purchased in the clinic NOT on-line at a future visit to ultimate body sculpting.
The voucher can be used in conjunction with retail stock, as well as treatments. Where a gift voucher holder wishes to use a gift voucher towards treatments or products which are higher than the face value of the voucher, then the gift voucher holder will be required to pay the difference.
Once bookings are confirmed the cancellation policy will apply. If an appointment is missed the full amount on the voucher will be non-redeemable.
STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION POLICY
- For all appointments if you do not attend without informing me, I operate a fee amounting to 100% of your scheduled treatment.
- For all appointments I operate a 24 hours cancellation notice period. Therefore if i am not notified of a cancellation more than 24 hours in advance I operate a fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled treatment.
Regrettably – I have to enforce these measures due to the possibility of a no show and last minute cancellations which are costly to me and mean that other clients miss out on much wanted/needed appointment slots. I do understand emergencies can occur at the last minute and I will be sympathetic in certain circumstance under my own discretion.
Consultations – it is important and necessary to have a consultation before any treatment is booked. This is ensure that you are suitable for treatment and honesty at this stage is vital with any medical conditions being openly discussed. A treatment plan will be discussed after a fully understanding of your goals and objectives.

Attend alone – Please be advised that children or friends/family are not allowed to attend your appointment due to the nature of the treatment and insurance purposes. However, it is acceptable to have your “Carer” or “guardian” attend with you if you require them to.
